We offer multi-unit discounts for larger construction sites, or builders with a variety of projects. Our normal monthly rental includes weekly service, but we can customize a service plan for your project.
The following table is used to estimate the number of toilets needed per construction site. The table is based on an 8 hour work day/40 hours per week.

Our standard construction unit is designed for a variety of different applications. Our unique vented floor keeps this unit cleaner and better ventilated. Our construction fleet is comprised of up to date equipment, in excellent condition. Our units are cleaned to higher standards out in the field, and before they are delivered to your site, insuring you the very best service and equipment in the area.
Number One Portables will work together with you to coordinate placement of the unit on your site. We will make every reasonable attempt to accomodate your wishes as to placement of the unit. However we reserve the right to relocate a unit if it becomes necesssary so that it is accessible for servicing.
We offer a number of upgrades to improve your portable sanitation experience. These services can be ordered at any time. A damage waiver is available to reduce your exposure to unwaranted back end charges due to vandalism or theft. Hand sanitizers are also available for a slight upcharge. Hand Wash stations can also be added to any unit. High Rise Adapters can also be added to commercial applications when needed.
Number One Portables also offers holding tanks designed to accomodate most construction trailers.
